Booking Policy: To reserve your event date with Cherish the Moments Decor and Rentals LLC, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

Event decor & Balloon decor policy: At Cherish the Moments Decor and Rentals, we are committed to delivering elegant, high-quality event designs. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

📅 BOOKING & PAYMENTS

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
  
  

• All bookings are first come, first served.
  
  

• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
  
  

• Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of services.

🎈 BALLOON DECOR POLICY

• Balloon colors and styles will be customized based on your selected theme.
  
  

• While we strive for perfection, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed due to variations in balloon manufacturing.
  
  

• Balloons are sensitive to weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, and direct sunlight).
  
  

We are not responsible for:

• Balloons popping due to heat or outdoor conditions
  
  

• Balloon deflation after setup
  
  

• Damage caused by guests or venue staff

🌤️ OUTDOOR EVENT DISCLAIMER

For outdoor events:

• Balloons and decor may be affected by weather, wind, and temperature
  
  

• Setup may be adjusted for safety and quality
  
  

• Client assumes all risks associated with outdoor installations
  
  

⏰ SETUP & BREAKDOWN

• Setup and breakdown times must be pre-approved
  
  

• Client must ensure venue access at agreed times
  
  

• Late access may result in reduced setup or additional fees
  
  

🪑 RENTAL POLICY

• All rental items remain the property of Cherish the Moments Decor and Rentals LLC
  
  

• Items must not be moved, altered, or removed by guests
  
  

• Client is responsible for all rentals during the event period
  
  

⚠️ DAMAGES & LOSS

Client is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, including:

• Throne chairs

• Backdrops

• Shimmer walls

• Balloon installations

• Pedestal stands

Replacement or repair costs will be charged accordingly.

🚫 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• All deposits are non-refundable
  
  

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable
  
  

• Date changes may be accommodated based on availability
  
  

📸 PHOTO RELEASE

We reserve the right to photograph and use event setups for:

• Social media

• Website and marketing

• Promotional content
  
  

📌 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event details

• Ensure safe space for setup

• Supervise guests around decor installations
